| Once the visitors had stolen ahead midway through the opening half they were content to sit behind the ball. Pats, with top scorer Mark Quigley dropped, struggled to penetrate and had to be alert to UCD’s pace on the break. The second half was more of the same until the Saints levelled, although there was a hint of handball about the equaliser.
