| A draw seemed a fair result, although Armagh felt aggrieved at the manner in which they conceded the equaliser to Kieran O’Connor’s 7th minute opener. The resultant protests from the visitors ended with their goalscorer being dismissed halfway through the first half. Kevin Kelbie saw red in the 68th minute, soon after City went in front following a defensive error.
