Signed for Roddy Collins at Carlisle United, before joining Portadown. In his last season at the Irish League side he was top scorer. Joined hometown club Derry City in May 2006. A powerfully built stout –hearted centre half, whose skill allows him to perform well in a midfield role also. In August 2007 he moved to York City.
